Lake Sturgeon

This fish seems like a prehistoric lake monster to me. It can grow to 200 pounds and lengths of seven feet with sturgeon greater than 300 pounds have been observed in the Great Lakes Basin. Average life span is 55 years but it can live much longer with the oldest recorded fish being 154 years old.
